Special announcement - Closing date for applications is now one week prior to first taught weekend

Oct 07 - 14 students started the accounting stream in April.  (plus 45 marketers and procurement professionals

July 05 - 9 students ready to graduate.  One with Distinction and 6 with Merits.  These are excellent results and have justified the universities belief that practising professionals can produce top quality academic work.  In fact the Faculty of Accounting believes that at least 5 of the dissertations are of publishable quality - ie they could be submitted to a refereed academic journal.

October 04 - second group of MSc Accounting began at Moor Hall - 15 applicants.

June 9th 2003 - MSc in Accounting receives Internal validation within Glamorgan university.  This means that recruitment can commence for a Spring 04 start.  If the Procurement stream of the MSc is anything to go by, the first intake will fill up very quickly.

October 2003 - Over 60 students gathered for the Autumn intakes at Moor Hall.  (40 marketers and 20 procurement professionals).  A fabulously inspiring time - many thanks go to the 3 Glamorgan tutors who were star performers.

April 2003 - The 5th group of MSc Marketing students commenced their studies at their first weekend at Moor Hall Cookham near Heathrow.  21 students gathered on the Friday evening and were joined by 23 MSc Procurement students ..... so it was a very busy weekend.  Meanwhile most of the third group of marketing students are submitting their final dissertations just a year after taking the plunge.

May 01 - Glamorgan were rated as one of the top Business Schools for teaching quality.  Today's report by the Times Higher Education Supplement puts Glamorgan up there alongside Warwick and Cranfield and London Business School.
